1When will it be my confirmed booking?
Your booking is confirmed when you receive our mail indicating "Reservation confirmed" and the reservation number.
2Will there be other passengers travelling with me?
No, there won’t. We offer only private transfers, exclusively for you or your group.
3What are the advantages of online booking over taking your taxi at the taxi rank?
It will give you various benefits, for example you will not need to queue for your taxi or you can request different accessories like baby seats or booster seats that are not usually available at the airport taxi ranks. It also gives you a fixed fare for the whole municipality you are travelling to, a great way to keep costs under control avoiding disappointing surprises.
4How much luggage can I take with me?
t depends on the vehicle, in a Taxi you can take 4 pieces of luggage and the hand luggage, in a Minivan you can fit up to 9 pieces of luggage plus the hand luggage.
5Do you have baby seats or booster seats?
When you book your taxi indicate your need for the baby seat. Request it without any extra costs.
6Do children count as passengers?
Babies (0-2 years old) and children (2-11 years old) count as passengers on board of all our vehicles since they occupy one seat. By law, children are not permitted to be seated on your lap.
